Yes. Every congress runs a virtual track with live streamed sessions, and virtual presentations appear in the published proceedings on the same terms as in-person papers.
Invitation and visa support letters are issued once registration is confirmed, normally within two working days of the request.
In ISBN-registered proceedings, with a Crossref DOI under prefix 10.62422 assigned to each accepted abstract, making the work permanently citable.

Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any time, or refunded up to thirty days before the congress opens, less administrative costs.
The Kuala Lumpur and European editions are announced shortly; dates and disciplines appear on the conference calendar as soon as venues are contracted.
