Registration and fees
All fees are in US dollars. One registration covers the sessions of both WGRM 2027 and ADPS 2027. You register and pay in your account, where your invoice and receipt are issued automatically.

The early-bird fee applies to registrations paid by 31 December 2026. Abstracts submitted by 31 December 2026 keep the early-bird fee if the presenting author pays within 14 days of acceptance. Late-breaking abstracts get a decision within 5 working days, and accepted authors may register up to 7 days after acceptance, even after 15 April. Presenting authors should submit their abstract first, then register in the matching category.

Every registration includes

How to pay
- PayPal or cardPay with your PayPal account, or by credit or debit card through PayPal. Your receipt appears in your account at once.
- Bank transferDownload the proforma invoice in your account, make the transfer quoting the invoice number, and upload the proof of payment. Registration is confirmed once the funds reach our account.
Cancellation policy
Registration fees are non-refundable, but your registration can be transferred to a colleague, or credited to another Eurasia Conferences conference within 12 months. Please confirm your visa and travel plans before you register. Questions: [email protected]
