Questions and answers
Contact the secretariat
Write to us about abstracts, registration, visa letters or sponsorship. Include your full name and, if you have one, your abstract ID. We reply within 1 working day.
Do I need to write a full paper?
No. An abstract of up to 300 words is all you need to present.
How soon will I know if my abstract is accepted?
Within 10 working days of submission. Your acceptance letter is ready in your account as soon as you are accepted.
Are there several abstract deadlines?
Yes, three rounds: early (31 December 2026), standard (28 February 2027) and late-breaking (31 March 2027, posters; oral only if slots remain). Every round has the same review. Decisions take up to 10 working days (5 for late-breaking abstracts). Deadlines close at 23:59 Korea time (KST, UTC+9).
If my abstract is accepted after 31 December, do I lose the early-bird fee?
No. Abstracts submitted by 31 December 2026 keep the early-bird fee if the presenting author pays within 14 days of acceptance. Late-breaking abstracts get a decision within 5 working days, and accepted authors may register up to 7 days after acceptance, even after 15 April.
Which theme should I choose?
Choose the theme closest to your work. The themes follow the life course, from adolescence to menopause, plus topics that apply at every age. If your work spans two themes, pick the main one; the committee can move it.
Can midwives and nurses take part?
Yes. Midwives, nurses and allied health professionals can submit abstracts and attend, at the reduced nurse and allied health fee.
Can I get an invitation letter for my visa?
Yes. Once you have registered and paid, download the visa support letter from your account.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Presenters receive a certificate of presentation and delegates a certificate of attendance. You download it from your account after the congress, and each has an online verification link. WGRM 2027 does not offer CPD or CME credits.
Can I present online?
No. WGRM 2027 is an in-person congress: all presentations are delivered in Seoul.
Can I attend the ADPS sessions too?
Yes. ADPS 2027, the aesthetic medicine congress, runs at the same venue on the same days, and your registration covers the sessions of both.
Where are my invoice and receipt?
In your account, issued automatically when you pay.
What is the cancellation policy?
Registration fees are non-refundable, but your registration can be transferred to a colleague, or credited to another Eurasia Conferences conference within 12 months. Please confirm your visa and travel plans before you register.
