What do I need to submit?

An abstract of up to 300 words in English. A full paper is not needed to present.

Can I present online?

Yes. ETLT 2027 is a hybrid conference. Choose an oral or poster presentation in Bangkok, or a live online presentation. Online presenters get the same review, the same DOI and the same certificate.

What time are the online sessions?

Online sessions run on 23 and 24 July 2027 in Bangkok time (UTC+7). Session 1 (Friday) is timed for East and Southeast Asia; session 2 (Saturday) for Europe, Africa and the Gulf. The program page shows both in other time zones. Online presenters do a short technical check before the conference and send a pre-recorded video as a backup.

How soon will I know if my abstract is accepted?

Within 10 working days of submission. Your acceptance letter is ready in your account as soon as you are accepted, and anyone can verify it online.

Are there several abstract deadlines?

Yes, three rounds: early (31 March 2027), standard (31 May 2027) and late-breaking (30 June 2027; poster or online, oral only if slots remain). Every round has the same review. Decisions take up to 10 working days (5 for late-breaking abstracts). Deadlines close at 23:59 Bangkok time (UTC+7).

Does an abstract accepted after 31 March keep the early-bird fee?

Yes, if it was submitted by 31 March 2027. Abstracts submitted by then keep the early-bird fee if the presenting author pays within 14 days of acceptance. Late-breaking abstracts get a decision within 5 working days, and accepted authors may register up to 7 days after acceptance.

Which theme should I choose?

Choose the theme closest to your work. If it spans two themes, pick the main one; the committee can move it.

Can PhD scholars and postgraduate students take part?

Yes. Postgraduate researchers and PhD scholars can submit abstracts and present, in Bangkok or online.

Can I get an invitation letter for my visa?

Yes. Once you have registered and paid for in-person attendance, download the visa support letter from your account. Apply early: some nationalities need a visa for Thailand.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Presenters receive a certificate of presentation and delegates a certificate of attendance, in person or online. You download it from your account after the conference, and each has an online verification link.

Is my abstract published?

Yes. Each accepted abstract gets its own DOI, registered through Crossref by Eurasia Conferences, and appears in the conference abstract book, which carries an ISBN.

Can I attend the ALTL sessions too?

Yes. ALTL 2027, the applied linguistics and language teaching conference, runs at the same venue on the same days, and your registration covers the sessions of both.

Where are my invoice and receipt?

In your account, issued automatically when you pay.

What is the cancellation policy?

Registration fees are non-refundable, but your registration can be transferred to a colleague, or credited to another Eurasia Conferences conference within 12 months. Please confirm your visa and travel plans before you register for in-person attendance.
